1.3 Bluetooth & RFID Data

The App connects to Zebra RFD8500 RFID readers via Bluetooth to scan RFID tags for inventory management purposes. We collect:

• RFID tag data (chip codes) scanned during inventory operations
• Bluetooth device connection information

1.4 Location Data

The App requests location permission solely to enable Bluetooth Low Energy scanning, which iOS and Android both require in order to discover and connect to RFID readers. Your geographic location is never read, stored, transmitted, or shared. The App does not use the camera, the photo library, or Wi-Fi network information.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Authentication: To verify your identity and provide secure access to the App
• Inventory Management: To process RFID tag scans, manage product data, and track stock levels
• Order Processing: To manage purchase orders, transfer orders, stock adjustments, and related business operations
• Offline Functionality: To cache product data locally on your device for RFID scanning without network connectivity
• Notifications: To send you relevant business notifications within the App
• App Improvement: To improve the functionality and user experience of the App

3. Data Storage and Security

• Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using encrypted storage (Flutter Secure Storage).
• Product data is cached locally on your device using an encrypted local database for offline access.
• All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols.
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Within your organization: Data is shared with authorized users within your company's account for business operations (e.g., managers reviewing inventory reports).
• Service providers: We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the App, solely for the purpose of performing services on our behalf.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal processes.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with the following third-party services:

• KiotViet: For product and inventory synchronization with your KiotViet account. Data shared with KiotViet is subject to their own privacy policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. Locally cached data on your device can be cleared by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App. If you wish to have your account data deleted from our servers, please contact us using the information provided below.

• Access: You can request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: You can update your account information through the App settings.
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

The App is designed for business use and is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it.

9. Permissions Used

The App requires the following device permissions:

• Bluetooth: Required to connect to Zebra RFD8500 RFID readers for inventory scanning.
• Location: Required by iOS and Android for Bluetooth device discovery. Not used for location tracking.
• Internet: Required for syncing data with our servers and API communication.
